Do I need an account to make an online purchase?

No. You may check out without an account at thechicclub.com. However, creating an account allows you to check the status of your orders as well as securely save your information, making future purchases fast and easy.

Is there sales tax on US orders? 

All taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered.
All taxes will be added to the order total at checkout.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to CA, FL, MA, MI, NV, NJ, NY, TX, and VA.

When will my credit card be charged?

When placing your order with a credit/debit card we carry out a standard pre-authorization check and a hold is placed on your card. Payment will not be taken until your order has been accepted and a dispatch/shipping confirmation has been sent.
Authorization holds typically fall off the account and funds can be released within 3-5 business days after the transaction date, depending on the bank's policy.
When using PayPal as a payment method, you will be charged when placing the order.

Declined Transaction

If you have attempted to checkout on our website and your transaction has been unsuccessful, your card may have declined. Please check your card details, use an alternative payment method or contact your issuing bank.

How quickly will my order be processed & shipped?

Current processing and shipping time for ground orders (within the USA) is 7-10 business days due to the impact of COVID-19 on fulfilment and shipping network.  Please note, The Chic Club does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays within the United States. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability is subject to change while your order is being processed. We ship via UPS to addresses within the 50 US states, not including APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. All Shipping rates are calculated by UPS. In an effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, it may arrive in several shipments. You will receive separate email notifications with unique tracking information for each shipment.

How can I check the status of my order?

Due to ongoing My Account site enhancements, Order History is unavailable at this time. For new orders, you will receive an online confirmation immediately after successful completion, followed by an email with order details. How do I cancel my order?

At this time, we are unable to cancel orders that have began processing. If there is an error on your order that needs to be corrected please contact customer service at info@thechicclub.com.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. $14 standard/ground shipping on orders under $150 $35 Overnight/Next day shipping is available on US orders placed before 11 AM PST/2pm EST on business days Express shipping options determined at checkout for international orders and are based on weight & destination All sales are final. We do not allow returns.

Stock Availability

  • Please note that orders may be fulfilled from our Distribution Centers in New York City or Chicago and are subject to inventory availability.
  • If your item is out of stock at our Distribution Center we will work hard to fulfill as a backorder .
  • If the item is unavailable at the time of dispatch your order may be cancelled and you will receive an automated cancellation to confirm this. Your funds will reflect in your account in the next 3-5 business days.
  • If the product you are looking for is out of stock online, then it is unavailable throughout our entire network. We invite you to check www.thechicclub.com frequently as we update inventory on a near realtime basis as new items become available.

What is your domestic return policy? 

Due to the current pandemic, the current processing time for all domestic returns is approximately 2 weeks. We can confirm that there are currently delays within the shipping network as a result of COVID-19 and also processing delays within our distribution center due to the safeguarding measures in place to protect our teams.
We DO NOT allow returns for Full price and sale merchandise purchased on our site where the shipping seal is broken. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of order delivery. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition and in its original unopened packaging. We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements as well as the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through thechicclub.com to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern.
All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means that can be tracked online with a tracking number. We do not offer FREE returns at this time.
The Chic Club reserves the right to change this return policy at any time.
